We are all about teamwork, accountability, innovation, and a client-first approach.  Work Experience What Youll Do:  <ul> <li>Lead development of innovative, scalable technology solutions that measurably transform our clients digital capabilities. </li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with client technology leaders to help transform their technology. </li> <li>You can make both technical and non-technical decisions and ensure that organizational policies and procedures are implemented and enforced. </li> <li>Directly manage and mentor a team of engineering leaders to broaden their skills, increase their day-to-day effectiveness, and ultimately grow their careers. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with data teams and manage the intersection of engineering and data </li> <li>Add to a culture that loves experimentation, agility, and intellectual curiosity. </li> <li>Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps methodology, and data-driven decision making. </li> <li>Define and track meaningful KPIs that demonstrate technologys impact on business outcomes. </li> <li>Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, encouraging technical innovation that solves complex client challenges. </li> </ul> What Were Looking For:  <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities, advocate for resources, and deliver impactful solutions. </li> <li>Experience leading front-end and back-end engineering teams and playing a role in evolving processes and workflows; experience managing remote teams is a plus. </li> <li>Strong communication skills.
