Job SummaryThe Red Hat KSA Sales organization is seeking a Senior Account Solution Architect with proven experience in the Energy sector to join our Account SA team based in Riyadh  and lead high-impact technical engagements across strategic accounts. This role is pivotal in delivering Red Hat’s value throughout the full customer lifecycle from early discovery and solution design to adoption, success, and growth.Leveraging deep technical knowledge, industry understanding, and solution selling skills, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex situations with Red Hats offering. This role involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, Platform, services, and customer success to ensure strategic alignment, impactful execution, and the achievement of measurable outcomes. Success relies on building strong client relationships, architecting innovative and scalable solutions, and driving sustained customer value. A proactive, customer-centric approach is essential, along with the capacity to foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, and ensure customers achieve lasting success. What You Will Do<ul><li>Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes while serving as a trusted advisor to their technical teams.
