<div><h1><span>About the role</span></h1></div><div></div><div><span>The Red Hat West Enterprise Sales team is looking for an Account Solution Architect to join us in the United States, ideally in the San Diego or Phoenix area. In this role, you will focus on the West / San Diego territory. You will act as the catalyst who creates possibilities, solves problems, and establishes working relationships with our customers. Youll discover and analyze our customers’ business and technical needs and collaborate with sales and technical delivery teams to help customers invest wisely in the right solutions from across the Red Hat portfolio, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. As an Account Solution Architect, you’ll need to have excellent communication and people skills, as youll be a key part of the first major experienceour customers have with Red Hat. You’ll also need to have a balance of technical expertise, passion for open source and technology, and detailed understanding of business processes. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.<p></p><p><b>Pay Transparency</b></p><p>Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
