This role will drive product adoption, execute digital marketing campaigns, and enable sales teams to succeed in the LATAM market.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Go-to-Market Strategy</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches across LATAM markets</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities</li> <li>Define target customer segments and create buyer personas specific to LATAM regions</li> <li>Partner with sales leadership on pricing strategies and launch coordination</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Digital Campaign Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and content marketing</li> <li>Create localized content strategies for diverse LATAM audiences</li> <li>Optimize campaigns across mobile and desktop users and manage marketing automation platforms</li> <li>Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on ROI</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Sales Enablement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop sales materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies</li> <li>Create and deliver product training programs for regional sales teams</li> <li>Establish sales playbooks with market-specific insights and competitive intelligence</li> <li>Provide ongoing sales support and analyze performance data for optimization</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li> <li>4+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years in Latin American markets</li> <li>Fluent in Portuguese (native or near-native proficiency required)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics experience (Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce)</li> <li>Experience with digital marketing channels and marketing automation</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, technology, or similar industries</li> <li>Previous experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships</li> <li>MBA or advanced marketing degree</li> <li>Familiarity with LATAM business culture and regulatory environments</li> <li>Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities</li> <li>Cultural intelligence and understanding of LATAM markets</li> <li>Data-driven decision making and analytical skills</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration and project management</li> <li>Adaptability in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Able to travel 20-30% of the time</li> </ul> <p><span>#LI-Remote</span></p><div><p><strong>Why should you join Recorded Future?<br /></strong>Recorded Future employees (or “Futurists”), represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion, and acting ethically.
