This role is pivotal in accelerating revenue growth, optimizing GTM performance, and empowering cross-functional stakeholders with actionable insights. If you are passionate about transforming data into strategy and thrive in a high-impact, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></h3> <h4><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the annual GTM planning process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Strategy.</li> <li>Build business cases for growth initiatives (e.g., segment expansion, territory &amp; quota design, headcount allocation).</li> <li>Define, standardize, and evolve GTM KPIs; maintain a centralized performance metrics framework.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Architect and operationalize a scalable analytics framework to evaluate GTM performance, market trends, and customer behavior.</li> <li>Manage the design, development, and enhancement of GTM dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools.</li> <li>Run the CRO reporting cadence, delivering timely &amp; actionable insights aligned with business goals.</li> <li>Own the CRO forecasting operating rhythm to ensure predictable results.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Team &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Build and mentor a team of analysts and revenue operations business partners across global locations.</li> <li>Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Corporate Strategy leaders.</li> <li>Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the GTM organization.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Data Governance &amp; Infrastructure</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, integration and availability across all GTM systems and analytics environments.</li> <li>Develop and implement best practices for data governance, analytics methodology, and reporting.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Innovation &amp; Enablement</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Champion the adoption of advanced analytics tools and visualization platforms.</li> <li>Lead the design of a scalable self-service analytics environment to empower non-technical users.</li> <li>Present data-driven narratives to executive stakeholders, influencing top-level strategy.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.</li> <li>7–10+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or strategic planning roles, ideally within high-growth B2B or SaaS environments.</li> <li>Proven experience leading cross-functional analytics teams and building analytics strategies that directly impact revenue growth.</li> <li>Deep understanding of GTM analytics, including sales funnel analysis, marketing attribution, pipeline health, and customer retention metrics.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of SaaS-based territory and quota management processes and sales compensation structures.</li> <li>Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more scripting languages (Python/R); advanced experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Clari, Tableau).</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight).</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analytics into clear business recommendations.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning analytics with organizational goals.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience managing analytics and forecasting for Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy in SaaS companies.</li> <li>Background in consulting, finance, equity research, or strategic planning is highly valued.</li> <li>Expertise in business modeling, scenario analysis, and balanced scorecard development.</li> </ul> <h3>Demonstrated success in driving adoption of analytics tools and establishing data-driven cultures.<br /><br /></h3> <p><em>The base salary range for this full-time position is $184,000 - $220,000  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
