<h1><strong>What were looking for</strong></h1> <p>The <strong>Clinical Operations Manager, Pulmonary Rehabilitation</strong>, will oversee Recora’s pulmonary rehab program, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care that is both operationally efficient and scalable. This person will lead program development, standardize workflows, and manage/hire contractor staff.  Working closely with clinical, product, and operations teams, the Program Manager will serve as the central driver of program quality, compliance, and growth.</p> <p> </p> <h1><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Program Oversight &amp; Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Recora’s pulmonary rehabilitation program in alignment with organizational goals and clinical best practices.</li> <li>Standardize and optimize workflows, protocols, and care pathways to ensure consistent delivery of pulmonary rehab services.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for innovation and program expansion by leveraging patient data, clinical evidence, and market insights.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Metrics &amp; Performance Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for pulmonary rehab, including functional outcomes, program engagement, and patient satisfaction.</li> <li>Use data analysis to identify gaps, improve quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.</li> <li>Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and operations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Team Leadership &amp; People Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Recruit, train, and mentor staff and contractors involved in pulmonary rehab delivery, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.</li> <li>Conduct regular performance reviews, set development goals, and ensure appropriate staffing to support patient volumes and program growth.</li> <li>Support clinical staff in delivering both group and individual education and exercise sessions.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with the Head of Clinical Operations and clinical leadership to integrate pulmonary rehab within Recora’s broader care delivery model.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, technology, and partner teams to ensure seamless delivery of virtual pulmonary rehab programs.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert on pulmonary rehab for internal teams.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure pulmonary rehab services meet CMS, Medicare, and industry regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation, protocols, and quality frameworks to support accreditation and compliance.</li> <li>Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the program.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1><strong>Qualifications</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in healthcare program management, care management, or population health, preferably in a virtual or value-based care setting.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in pulmonary rehab and cardiac rehab program operations and compliance.</li> <li>Proven track record in contractor hiring, people management, team building, and staff development.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive program improvement and report on outcomes.</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Experience with digital health platforms, EHRs, and remote care models is a plus.</li> <li>NYC-based candidates excited to work IRL 1+ days per week strongly preferred; remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1>Benefits</h1> <ul> <li>Equity compensation in Recora</li> <li>Generous PTO / sick leave/health benefits</li> <li>FSA Commuter Benefits</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> <li>Free lunch and snacks in the NY office</li> <li>Health and wellness stipend</li> </ul>
