You will be working closely with the Account Manager in the region to help drive growth of our products and services. </p> <p>We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, comfortable operating without day-to-day direction and eager to work with customers as they shape the future of automotive technology.</p> <p>Check this <a href="https://www.rti.com/blog/engineering-beyond-the-cubicle-are-you-ready-to-change-the-world">blog</a> out that details what an FAE does at RTI!</p> <h2><strong>✨ What You’ll Do / Responsibilities</strong></h2> <p>Achieving Annual Sales Quota:</p> <ul> <li>Create compelling presentations that convey RTI technology value &amp; benefits to prospects.</li> <li>Organize and execute detailed Proof-of-Concept engagements and build compelling software demos using RTI products.</li> <li>Support product proposals to align with customer requirements including RFP/RFQ responses.</li> </ul> <p>Achieving customer satisfaction:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources to resolve customers pre-sales technical blockers and to respond to RFPs.  </li> <li>Coordinate and document customer technical requirements with Product Management for continuing product evolution for EMEA market requirements.</li> </ul> <p>Increasing the sales pipeline:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Account management to develop sales strategies.</li> <li>Periodically create technical articles for publication showing RTI Technology and Business value.</li> <li>Attend tradeshows and events to give presentations and man booths to raise awareness about our product.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>🎯 What We’re Looking For / Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>BS or higher in technical field, MS preferred.</li> <li>Ability to Travel (~20-40%) and on-site work is required to achieve job objectives.</li> <li>5+ years in Automotive Industry in a technical role (including, for example, experience with the AUTOSAR Classic Platform and various types of In-Vehicle Networking).</li> <li>Strong understanding of OS (e.g. Threading, etc) and networking concepts (E.g. UDP, Multicast, OSI Layer switching, routing, VLANs).</li> <li>C/C++ development expertise and understanding of SDLC processes.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in English.</li> <li>Experience designing a high-level technical solution/architecture based on customer requirements.</li> <li>Experience working in a customer facing role.</li> </ul> <p><em>Don’t meet every single requirement?
