Onboarding Consultant - EMEA

Your Role   

Were looking for a driven, people-focused Onboarding Consultant to join our Customer team. Youll play a critical role in helping new clients successfully implement Re-Leased, ensuring they’re set up for long-term success from day one.

This is more than just onboarding—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and making sure our customers experience the full value of our platform from the start.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients
• Deliver engaging training sessions
• Support data migration
• Optimise customer workflows
• Act as the go-to expert for customer questions and feedback during setup
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to champion the voice of the customer
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to evolving our onboarding experience

Your Experience   

• Background in the property management and/or client accounting
• Experience of SaaS platforms
• Solid Excel skills
• Strong communication skills—especially in training
• Familiarity with accounting principles is a bonus
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving
