YOUR ROLE: The Campaign Manager will own the setup, management, deployment and tracking of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients.  You will become the go-to person and expert owner of the campaigns we are working with for our clients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Own the campaign implementation, management and monitoring on campaign management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, and Braze</li> <li>Create segments using SQL and design complex multi-channel journeys that include dynamic content and trigger-based deployment</li> <li>Monitor deployments &amp; deliverability, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner</li> <li>Confirm technical feasibility of desired new marketing programs/features</li> <li>Work among agency, vendor, partner and client stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns from concept to execution</li> <li>Work with the Marketing Sciences team to setup and track campaigns</li> <li>Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding results, deliverables and statuses of programs and initiatives</li> <li>Drive implementation process excellence</li> </ul> REQUIRED SKILLS: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>Minimum of 2+ years in campaign management marketing operations role</li> <li>Proficient experience with providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Pega, or Braze.</li> <li>An acute analytical mind, strong reporting skills, razor-sharp attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams both within and between organizations</li> <li>Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results</li> <li>Strong project management and customer relationship skills</li> <li>Knowledge of SQL, and email marketing best practices</li> </ul>   <hr /> Our Hybrid Work Model: RAPPs current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $55,000 - $72,000.
