You’ll lead product demonstrations, shape solution architectures, and help customers understand how Rapid7’s Insight Platform can solve their most pressing security challenges.You’ll also partner with our channel team and local distributors to provide technical enablement, support go-to-market initiatives, and contribute to regional market development efforts.  Specifically, your focus will be to:<ul><li>Work closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and design effective cybersecurity solutions.</li><li>Deliver compelling in-person and remote product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to each customer.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand the value of Rapid7’s solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.</li><li>Partner with channel teams to provide technical training and support to drive partner-led opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to events, industry roundtables, and local marketing efforts as a thought leader and Rapid7 evangelist.</li><li>Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer and market insights.</li></ul>The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:<ul><li>A passion for solving technical problems and helping customers succeed.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge in security solutions and operating systems.</li><li>Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages a plus).</li><li>Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with enthusiasm and proactivity.</li><li>An understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams in achieving success.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and network security concepts is highly desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.</li></ul>We know that the best ideas and solutions come from diverse teams.
