About the role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Renewal Account Manager to oversee and manage the renewal process for clients in our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, internal teams, channel partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.Impact:This role is crucial for driving customer retention and maximizing recurring revenue.This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs. You will be expected to analyze customer data, forecast renewal rates, and develop strategies to address potential churn.
