Specifically, you will support the maximization of advertising effectiveness and the stable operation of our platform through the following tasks:1. Support for In-House Ad Server Implementation and Delivery DesignYou will be deeply involved from a technical perspective to maximize advertising effectiveness for each business and client.- Provide technical support for implementing ad servers on clients’ websites and applications.- Offer optimal proposals for ad delivery design to help clients achieve their business goals.- Develop and execute optimal delivery methods based on a deep understanding of ad server mechanisms and data analysis.2. Responding to Inquiries and Troubleshooting Related to Ad ServersYou will handle technical inquiries and contribute to prompt problem resolution.- Respond to a wide range of inquiries related to ad servers, such as “ads not displaying,” “delivery pacing issues,” and “API usage support.”- Use tools like Chrome network information and Charles to analyze communication logs in detail and identify the root causes of issues.- Analyze delivery logs using BigQuery and MySQL to identify and resolve problems based on data.3. Coding of Ad BannersYou will also be involved in creative production to bring designs to life and enhance advertising effectiveness.- Code ad banners using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript based on provided designs.- Integrate the coded HTML into the advertising platform.- Create banners that comply with the technical specifications of various ad platforms to support stable ad delivery.Mandatory Qualifications:- At least 3 years of practical programming development experience (language not specified)- Data analysis skills (practical experience in data analysis using BigQuery or MySQL; able to write and interpret queries)- Coding skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Work experience at a digital advertising-related companyDesired Qualifications:- Experience using ad servers (such as Google Ad Manager)- Experience using ad delivery platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)- Basic knowledge of ad delivery- Problem-solving skills to logically identify causes and develop solutionsOther Information:Additional information on LocationFutako Tamagawa Rise Office2-21-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, TokyoAdditional information on English QualificationTOEIC score of 800 or higher (or proof of equivalent English proficiency through other certifications, or a degree from a university in an English-speaking country).
