In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brands voice and enhancing our digital presence across various platforms. If you have a passion for creativity, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a knack for managing complex projects, we want to hear from you!    Responsibilities <ul> <li>Oversee website redesigns to improve engagement, user experience, and brand alignment.</li> <li>Collaborate with web developers and designers to integrate best practices in user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).</li> <li>Continuously monitor website performance, using data-driven insights to improve content and functionality.</li> <li>Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our digital platforms.</li> <li>Work closely with the creative, development, and editorial teams to create tools and resources to enhance our value propositions.</li> <li>Develop and execute branding strategies that enhance our market position and brand recognition.</li> <li>Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.</li> <li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.</li> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support company goals and drive growth.</li> <li>Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform and refine marketing strategies and initiatives.</li> <li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize results.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on SEO and branding.</li> <li>Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.</li> <li>Proven record of successfully managing website redesign projects and creating impactful marketing materials.</li> <li>Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and brand management.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks and marketing content.</li> <li>Experience working with creative teams and managing cross-functional projects.</li> <li>Proficient in marketing software and tools, including content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.</li> <li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Financial Services knowledge is a plus</li> </ul> #LI-REMOTE<div>QuinStreet is an equal opportunity employer.
