Responsibilities
Carrier Partnership Management
- Own and manage the portfolio of carrier partnerships from both a business and operational perspective.
- Identify and recruit additional carriers to expand our panel, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with carrier partners to develop strategic sales opportunities that drive revenue for both the carriers and QRP.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new carrier integrations, overseeing the process from initiation to completion.
Strategic Growth & Optimization
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities for QRP and our carrier partners.
- Partner with Client Services and Account Management to identify and resolve carrier-related deficiencies, ensuring smooth operations.
- Continuously assess market needs, identifying gaps in coverage or product offerings and working with carriers to address them.
- Improve rate return efficiency and optimize carrier connections for seamless integration.
- Implement data-driven strategies to reduce errors, enhance success rates, and strengthen carrier relationships.
Process & Compliance
- Evaluate and refine existing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on compliance requirements, leveraging internal tools and industry standards to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and high-impact initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Must have 4+ years of experience in client management within personal lines insurance.
- Strong data analysis skills, highly proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Understanding of online performance marketing best practices.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and industry conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
