QRP is a next generation insurance rating platform that combines agency efficiency with an online consumer real time rating experience. Through the use of our proprietary technology, QRP provides consumers the ability to quote and bind a policy online while still being serviced by their agency of choice. Our agency partners love how QRP captures all of their online activity, and allows them to efficiently quote and bind a policy without leaving the Quinstreet Rating Platform. In addition, QRP’s Embedded, Media, and Turndown products provide tremendous value and have helped fuel growth within the insurance and Insurtech industries.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>You will leverage your tenured expertise as a hunter to grow sales revenue through expansion within existing customer accounts</li> <li>Quickly build and scale a pipeline, while managing a full cycle sales funnel, from prospect to contract close</li> <li>Target large scale enterprise accounts and consistently hit your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals</li> <li>Expert ability to understand client business strengths, weaknesses, and goals in order to determine if they are a good fit for our platform</li> <li>Educate clients on industry best practices and how QRP can help them achieve goals</li> <li>Think like a CEO - communicate with the management team and team members to increase client satisfaction and conversion and drive overall QRP improvements</li> <li>Diligently input and update client information in Salesforce</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years in a full cycle sales environment with expertise in the Insurtech, Embedded or Insurance industries</li> <li>History of prospecting and pipeline growth with contract conversion results within existing customer accounts</li> <li>Successful background in a long sales cycle environment (deal time 6-12 months)</li> <li>Ability to articulate QRP products with all decision makers: Agents, VP and C Level</li> <li>Trustworthy - ability to manage sensitive client information</li> <li>An understanding of and experience in the startup world</li> <li>Pursues career goals with energy, drive and a need to achieve</li> <li>Extremely driven, goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, and disciplined</li> <li>Collaborative, agile, competitive and coachable</li> <li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus</li> <li>Insurance industry experience required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <div><span>The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 USD to $160,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicants geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
