Prepare and deliver account performance reports on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Team player and culture fit.</li> <li>Integrate with the Account Management team and the Modernize organization at large.</li> <li>Embrace our core values and work positively across all departments.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Requirements</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of consultative account management experience with mid-market level customers.</li> <li>Proven success in SaaS, martech, adtech, or digital platform account management, including retention, expansion, and upsell motions.</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through strategic account growth, renewals, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives.</li> <li>Strong data analysis and analytical skills with experience using a business intelligence suite such as Tableau or QlikView strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong Excel and Salesforce skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business.</li> <li>Experience in lead generation / digital demand generation marketing a strong plus.</li> <li>Experience with big box stores in the home improvement industry (ie: windows, HVAC, solar and roofing) is a plus.</li> <li>Startup experience highly preferred.</li> <li>Tactical sales background preferred.</li> <li>Comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders and influencing decision-making through consultative, value-driven conversations.</li> <li>We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow, can adapt to new challenges, and possesses the soft skills necessary to hit the ground running with minimal oversight.
