In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in building Quatt as both a ‘business partner’ and a ‘challenger’ to the other Quatt teams. You help to provide valuable insights and support key business decisions. If you’re passionate in supporting business through financial insight, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Play a key role in planning, budgeting, forecasting and our monthly control cycle.</p></li><li><p>Create clear (financial) reports for management and shareholders.</p></li><li><p>Support strategic decision-making and business cases development</p></li><li><p>Drive performance analysis and improvement initiatives (e.g. revenue growth, cost reduction, processes).</p></li><li><p>Identify and address (financial) company risks, and help to ensure compliance with regulations and policies</p></li></ul></div></div><h2>Job requirements</h2><div><div><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.</p></li><li><p>You have 3-5 years of experience in business control and/or financial analysis.</p></li><li><p>You are proficient in financial modeling, Excel / Google Sheets, and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Netsuite).</p></li><li><p>You have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</p></li><li><p>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in Dutch and English.</p></li><li><p>You are able to connect financial and non-financial data with business strategy.</p></li><li><p>You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Quatt:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A competitive monthly salary between <strong>€</strong><strong>4.000,- </strong>and <strong>€8.000,- </strong>excluding holiday allowance (8%) that we pay on top of your monthly salary.</p></li><li><p>We like to see you!
