Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!Qualys is looking for a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling and MS Excel skills to assist the corporate consolidations team with various tasks including managing the annual budget plan, the long-term plan, monthly forecast updates, and providing analytical support to management. He/she will also assist in building and maintaining analytics tools to provide actionable insights to Qualys on an ongoing basis. Key responsibilities/work area:  * Collaborate with various teams across Finance and the broader organization, including Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and Revenue to improve financial forecasting* Enhance finance analytics and reporting processes through system improvements* Analyze large data sets and work effectively with different Finance groups* Assist with ongoing budget vs actuals analysis and provide actionable insights, helping teams course correct as needed* Manage key company-wide deliverables, including forecasting cycles, budget updates, and monthly and quarterly reporting packages * Prepare monthly and quarterly results and assist with the ERP to planning system reconciliation  * Responsible for maintaining headcount related updates/activities related to forecasting/planning including reports on an ongoing basis  * Assist with preparation for earnings calls and board material preparation as per requirement * Assist building review packages, forecast models, and handle day-to-day activities related to forecasting/planning * Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis as per requirement Qualifications:  * Bachelors/Master’s degree in accounting/finance or related field * 3+ years of relevant experience, such as in FP&amp;A, accounting, or other analytical role requiring strong modeling skills and ability to handle complex data * Strong understanding of financial statements, ability to analyze financial impacts, results, and good understanding of corporate finance concepts * Ability to assist in the development and updates of complex financial models * Strong business and analytical skills; ability to multi-task, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment * Strong Excel experience (Pivots, look-ups, logic functions, etc.). Macros and other advanced Excel skills (e.g. modern array formulas), and other tools such as Power Query and Power BI, will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of systems Netsuite, Coupa, and Anaplan preferred * Data organization and management skills. Technical expertise with data models, data import methodologies, database design development, and data mining; preferred experience with a BI tool and ERP systems. We at Qualys follow a hybrid model (3 days work from office and 2 days work from home)
