She is a committed leader who actively supports her teams and promotes a culture of continuous improve</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>🏅About You</b></div><div><br /></div><div>•<b>Experience</b>: You have 5+ years of experience in payroll management, ideally handling high volumes (400+ payslips per month) in a fast-paced, international environment;</div><div>•<b>Mastery</b>: You are completely at ease with ADP (or an equivalent payroll system at an advanced level) and have solid expertise in French payroll compliance and regulations;</div><div>•<b>Excel proficiency</b>: You master advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) to perform quality controls and build reports;</div><div>•<b>Organizational skills and autonomy</b>: You are hands-on, able to multitask, prioritize your workload, and work independently with minimal supervision;</div><div>•<b>Communication and teamwork</b>: You have strong pedagogical skills to train non-experts, and you communicate assertively yet kindly when addressing errors. You are discreet and handle confidential information with care;</div><div>•<b>Languages</b>: You are <b>fluent in both French and English</b>.
