Job Description
QAD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work on a temporary basis (3-6 months) to immediately support our global hiring initiatives. This is a pivotal role where youll be instrumental in rapidly attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across critical functions including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Consulting in the USA, EMEA, and potentially Mexico.
You will leverage your established expertise in the software (ideally SaaS) industry and full-cycle recruitment to quickly identify, engage, and guide candidates through a streamlined and positive hiring experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented recruiter to make an immediate, tangible impact within our fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative organization. We need someone who can quickly assimilate our culture, processes, and the nuances of our software business.
What Youll Do:
Quickly take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse and demanding portfolio of roles, including:
Sales & Marketing (Go-to-Market): Senior Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Specialists, etc.
Engineering: Web Engineers, Software Engineers, Go Engineers, Data Scientists, Back Engineers and DevOps engineers
Consulting: Implementation Consultants, Solution Consultants, Project Managers.
Partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to swiftly understand job requirements, develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, and establish effective candidate profiles.
Develop and execute aggressive, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates globally, utilizing a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters (or similar advanced ATS), industry-specific job boards, and robust professional networks.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Advise and coach hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and real-time market trends within the software sector.
Manage offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages that align with QADs global standards.
Maintain impeccable and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically SmartRecruiters if applicable, or a similar robust system.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in our recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives, bringing best practices from prior software organizations.
Stay informed on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and compensation benchmarks within the software industry across relevant geographies, acting as a true market expert.
Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a significant and demonstrable focus on recruiting within a software company, ideally a SaaS organization.
Proven ability to quickly integrate into new organizations and hit the ground running, demonstrating rapid learning and adaptability.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for a broad mix of roles across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Consulting within a software context.
Solid, hands-on experience recruiting in multiple geographies, specifically North America, Mexico and EMEA is a significant plus.
High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with direct experience using SmartRecruiters or a similarly advanced system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other similar advanced sourcing tools/platforms, coupled with a track record of identifying and engaging top-tier, passive talent.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities with urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Compensation Package:
This temporary position offers a competitive base compensation, paid twice monthly, calculated from an annualized range of $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
