This role will allow you to position our Work Transformation and Collaboration portfolio (Google Workspace, ChromeOS, ISV partners) to clients and prospects.  Those with a history of selling services and consulting have been most successful in maximizing our no-cap compensation plan.</span></div><h3>What you will be doing: </h3><ul><li>Plan target account expansion strategies and tactics.</li><li>Identify opportunities to cross-sell from one offering to multiple offerings within Pythian’s portfolio.</li><li>Lead introductory meetings with other contacts within the client organization by positioning Pythian’s value proposition and identifying their short-term and long-term strategic objectives.</li><li>Develop and foster 1:1 relationships with Google Workspace teams and ISV partners</li><li>Work with clients to secure contract renewals and expand services under contract.</li><li>Lead account planning, growth strategy, and client business reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. </li><li>Build positive and productive internal and external relationships.</li><li>Develop executive relationships within the client organization.</li><li>Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide sales projections on a weekly basis.</li><li>Document and share success stories and meticulous CRM (salesforce) updating. Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations with respect to lost sales opportunities to continually improve on Pythian’s sales results.</li><li>Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Travel as required to attend in-person meetings with prospects and clients, attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events, as well as annual sales kickoff meetings. </li></ul><h3>What we need from you: </h3><ul><li>Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered.</li><li>5+ years experience in selling professional or managed IT services in the cloud, application, analytics, data management and data infrastructure space.</li><li>Previous experience in a sales role in the information technology or professional services sector with a track record of developing and managing client relationships and significantly growing revenue with current accounts. </li><li>Experience in selling cloud technologies and services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) as well as a deep understanding of the growing purpose and role of various public cloud platforms.
