What Youll Do <ul> <li>KPI/metric driven role, constant monitoring on performance and role carries a quota.</li> <li>Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify parishes and dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.</li> <li>Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.</li> <li>Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in order to have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges they face engaging their community.</li> <li>Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help.</li> <li>Use best-in-class software like Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.</li> <li>Work with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve targets.</li> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> </ul> What Youll Bring <ul> <li>Experience working with Catholic Parishes or Catholic diocese recommended and preferred.</li> <li>Has a working knowledge of the leadership structure within the Catholic church by occupation or through experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of day to day Parish and diocesan activities.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Parish Faith formation programs and sacramental activities at the Catholic Church.</li> <li>Working knowledge of parish / diocesan budgets or financials.</li> <li>1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required.</li> <li>Sales experience talking/spelling over the phone; courteous, well spoken, curious and good at asking questions.</li> <li>A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred. </li> <li>Able to connect prospects business needs to Pushpays SAAS solutions.</li> <li>Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Goggle Platforms (Salesforce and Outreach are a plus).</li> <li>Some familiarity with an ABM go to market strategy is helpful.</li> <li>Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers is desired.</li> <li>Strong communication skills - written and verbal.</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.</li> </ul> Pushpay is committed to equal opportunity.
