About the Role At Pushpay, the Enterprise CSM Manager plays a key role in building and fostering relationships with our customers. You will manage a team that is quota-based and responsible for the retention, renewal rate and increased adoption across our mid-market customer segment. You will interact with and build relationships with our customers and other Pushpay teams. Supervisory Responsibilities Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Must be located and able to go into the Redmond office to support employees. You will be responsible for selling additional products and features.</li> <li>Pushpay Product Training and Assistance:​ You will be an expert in Pushpay’s products so you are able to help with training, deployment, and giver adoption. This knowledge will help us ensure our successes, which drives both retention and upsell.</li> <li>Over Communicate:​ You will default to over-communication as we operate in a no-surprises environment. This will take the form of formal reporting, team meetings/huddles, informal updates, etc. You will confront the brutal facts so that we can ensure our teams and business are growing and learning.</li> <li>While performing the duties of this role, the associate is regularly required to stand or sit, reach, bend, and move about the facility. Facility is a normal office environment with variation of temperature and lighting.</li> <li>Other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>   What Youll Bring <ul> <li>Experienced:​ You have at least 3-5 years of experience managing an inside sales, account management or renewal team. You’ve used and have working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system. Ideally, you have experience with Tableau &amp; GainSight. Experience with maintenance renewal process, Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals and/or background in software is preferred. Bachelors Degree is preferred.</li> <li>Excellent Communicator: ​Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate complex technology and problems in a simple way. You want to work with other fun people, who enjoy learning and helping each other.</li> </ul> Basic Qualifications <ul> <li>3-5 years leading teams of 8+ people.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Proven high performance and track record with meeting/exceeding quota or other metrics.</li> <li>Experience presenting to top tier customers and executives.</li> <li>Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles.</li> <li>Experience in the customer success, account management and/or consulting space.</li> <li>Experience in fast paced growth sectors, like fast growing divisions of companies or startups.</li> <li>Persistence and determination to deliver results; excellent written/verbal communication and time-management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.</li> <li>Building and growing high performing teams.</li> <li>Experience managing remote team members.</li> <li>A love for problem-solving and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.</li> <li>A desire to help people and improve the customer experience.</li> <li>Must be a TEAM player - this role won’t work well if you don’t work well with others.</li> <li>SaaS experience.</li> </ul>   Pushpay is committed to equal opportunity.
