The following states are approved as remote work locations for this position: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA - All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.   What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Develop and execute sales strategies targeting educational institutions, including K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.</li> <li>Present Resi’s product and solutions, demonstrating how live streaming can address the unique challenges and goals of the education market.</li> <li>Own inside and outside sales at Resi, focusing on mid to large educational organizations.</li> <li>Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, providing tailored solutions for their needs.</li> <li>Create and manage a pipeline of qualified sales leads, successfully closing deals to meet or exceed quotas.</li> <li>Build and deliver customized demos of Resi’s platform with a focus on education-specific applications.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless implementation for educational customers.</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring: <ul> <li>Proven success in consultative sales roles within the education sector.</li> <li>3+ years of direct experience with sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, with a focus on educational institutions across Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors. </li> <li>Track record of achieving sales quotas.</li> <li>Experience working with a CRM.</li> <li>Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage educational decision-makers.</li> <li>An understanding of or interest in learning broadcast, production technology, and the unique needs of the education sector.</li> <li>Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the education market.</li> <li>Success in this role requires a high degree of strategic flexibility to adjust plans based on real-time market feedback and fluid business objectives.</li> <li>Exceptional comfort with ambiguity and the ability to maintain focus and drive results despite frequently evolving scopes and goals. </li> <li>Highly adaptable with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively amidst a degree of unpredictability</li> <li>Must be a flexible and resourceful self-starter.</li> </ul>   Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands:  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
