The Principal Technologist will play a critical role in driving technical innovation, shaping product direction based on market needs, and providing thought leadership to our clients and partners. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to engage with C-level executives, technical teams, and industry influencers. WHAT YOULL DO: Customer &amp; Market Engagement <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic technology advisor to key customers and partners, helping them navigate digital transformation and adopt cutting-edge solutions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain customer relationships with C-suite executives, architects, and key decision-makers to drive adoption of our platform and services.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales, customer experience, field marketing and product teams to articulate technical value propositions and drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.</li> </ul> Technology &amp; Product Strategy <ul> <li>Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to influence product development.</li> <li>Partner with engineering teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in product roadmaps and technical architecture decisions.</li> <li>Develop proof-of-concepts, technical demos, and solution architectures to illustrate the capabilities of our technology.</li> <li>Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to both customers and internal teams.</li> </ul> Enablement &amp; Evangelism <ul> <li>Act as a public-facing technical leader, contributing to blogs, webinars, and whitepapers to establish the company’s authority in the market.</li> <li>Support field teams in pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements, ensuring customers fully understand and maximize the value of our solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling messaging, case studies, and technical content.</li> <li>Mentor and train internal teams and strategic partners on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators.</li> </ul> WHAT YOU BRING: <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, such as Field CTO, Principal Architect, or Distinguished Engineer.</li> <li>Previous experience working within Federal accounts is needed, Active TS/SCI Security Clearance a huge plus.  </li> <li>Deep expertise in cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, data architecture, or a related technology domain.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, including storage architectures, high-availability solutions, and hybrid/multi-cloud data strategies.</li> <li>Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven track record of engaging with Fortune 500 enterprises and influencing technical decision-making.</li> <li>Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.</li> <li>Experience with SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software solutions.</li> <li>Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to meet customers and attend industry events.</li> </ul> #LI-Remote #LI-JL4<div><div><div>  Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
