Position Summary
We’re seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team that supports the successful adoption and activation of our DSP for clients across industries. This role combines technical leadership, client strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clients maximize the value of our platform while enabling scalable and efficient solutions.
As a player-coach, you’ll lead the team’s day-to-day while also contributing hands-on to technical solutioning, particularly for strategic and complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers supporting client onboarding and technical success.
- Establish team goals, track performance, and develop internal playbooks and best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Technical Enablement & Strategy
- Guide solution design for client use cases involving data onboarding, pixel implementation, deal management, and real-time bidding integrations.
- Oversee technical configurations including campaign setup, custom tracking, and audience targeting within the DSP environment.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for high-value accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless onboarding and technical solutions.
- Translate client requirements into clear product feedback or technical solutions.
- Help inform roadmap prioritization based on platform usage trends and recurring client needs.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure technical projects are delivered on time and meet performance standards.
- Maintain high-quality internal documentation and process workflows.
- Monitor KPIs tied to activation, pacing, success rates, and campaign performance from a technical lens.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS, including 1–2 years in a people management role.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and DSP mechanics, including RTB, OpenRTB, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in pixel/tag implementation, JavaScript, HTML, and tag management systems.
- Familiarity with DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Open to all U.S. Time Zones (ET, MT, CT, PT etc.)

Target salary range: $150-165k base + $15-16.5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance, with flexibility to go above budget for the right person
