Each day, youll work closely with engineers and product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across our backend infrastructure and third-party integrations.You’ll be hands-on with our cloud-native platform — investigating production issues, writing scripts to validate integrations, and carrying out preventative maintenance to avoid future incidents. Whether youre deep-diving into a root cause analysis or responding quickly to a customer query, you’ll be helping us maintain the reliability and performance that our sports clients and fans around the world count on.You’ll also bring your experience and analytical mindset to suggest and implement improvements — not just patch fixes, but long-term solutions that strengthen the platform.<h2>What We Value</h2>At PulseLive, we’re all about high performance — in our products and our people. While this role is based remotely, it’s important that your working hours align with the Australia/APAC region.
