This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and product, someone who can connect technical decisions to user needs, guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity, and scale systems as Pulley grows. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of critical initiatives, influence our long-term technical strategy, and elevate the team through mentorship and collaboration.
