This role is responsible for overseeing Codebeamer implementation patterns/architectures, customer onboarding, and long-term customer success initiatives across enterprise clients mainly in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices. This role reports directly into the VP ALM Hub.</p><p></p><ul><li>This leader will drive strategic delivery initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction, define services architecture approaches to meet customer goals &amp; objectives​</li><li>Scale operational capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-impact service engagements.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></h2><h2>Leadership &amp; Strategy</h2><ul><li>Lead and scale global teams of Solution Architects, our EDC (Enterprise Deployment Center) and ALM customer success professionals.</li><li>Define and execute a professional services strategy aligned with PTC’s ALM product roadmap and customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM,  Product, R&amp;D, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Customer Engagement &amp; Delivery</h2><ul><li>Oversee successful delivery of ALM implementations, migrations and upgrades, of our ALM product family.</li><li>Ensure customer adoption and value realization of Codebeamer.</li><li>Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, driving alignment with customer business outcomes.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Operational Excellence</h2><ul><li>Develop and optimize delivery methodologies tailored to ALM best practices (Agile, V-model, hybrid).</li><li>Monitor and improve KPIs: time-to-value, CSAT, NPS, churn, and services revenue.</li><li>Manage global resource planning, utilization, and budget adherence.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Innovation &amp; Growth</h2><ul><li>Expand service offerings (First Step, Pacesetter, Health checks, Migrations, Training, Managed services).</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends in systems engineering, DevOps, and compliance (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA).</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><u>Required Qualifications:</u></h2><ul><li>10+ years in professional services or solution delivery within enterprise software.</li><li>5+ years in a senior leadership role managing global or cross-functional teams.</li><li>Deep familiarity with ALM tools, especially Codebeamer, Modeler, and Pure Variants.</li><li>Proven success in delivering complex implementations in regulated industries.</li><li>Strong business acumen with experience in P&amp;L ownership and strategic planning.</li><li>Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></h2><ul><li>Experience with systems engineering, variant management, and compliance-driven development.</li><li>Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device software environments.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps toolchains.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-DNI</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
