Were looking for a leader with a modern approach - someone who can craft engaging and viral video content that connects with our audience. This includes setting clear expectations and holding yourself and others accountable to deliver success.</li><li><strong>Drive a high-velocity content engine:</strong> Lead the production of compelling assets, with a strong focus on both polished and agile video content, while fostering quality and speed. Youll inspire momentum within your team and create quick feedback loops to keep things moving forward.</li><li><strong>Collaborate strategically for business impact:</strong> Partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, and product teams to ensure creative initiatives directly contribute to revenue, product adoption, and customer value. Youll bridge gaps across teams to drive shared objectives and clarify the why behind decisions.</li><li><strong>Champion brand consistency and innovation:</strong> Continuously evolve Propellers creative presence across web, marketing materials, and events, keeping our brand fresh and engaging.
