The successful candidate can also develop integrated channel marketing and sales programs to support the collaboration of regional Proofpoint teams with Partners’ team, to generate pipeline and accelerate sales closing – aiming to increase sales frequency and average order value.We are seeking a business-minded marketer and with excellent organisational skills and ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation, across multiple EMEA countries. The programs and campaigns are to be created in English before being translated in 4 other languages, so an excellent English speaking and written level is crucial.  Reporting into the ‘Sr Director of Channel Marketing, EMEA”, you will be part of a highly experienced Channel Marketing team, collaborating with our EMEA Regional Channel sales and marketing teams, as well as our global Partner Program team, to achieve joint business development goals.Your day-to-day<ul><li>Develop &amp; manage integrated channel sales programs and lead-generation campaigns to:<ul><li>Support the collaboration of regional Proofpoint teams with Partners’ team</li><li>Generate pipeline and accelerate sales closing</li><li>Increase sales frequency and average order value in the Mid-Market segment particularly</li></ul></li><li>Create packaged plays and campaigns for Field Marketing teams to roll out, owning coordination and execution across regions</li><li>Manage the launch and support the roll-out of these EMEA Partner sales programs &amp; marketing campaigns, working directly with sales teams in regions and with the regional Marketing Managers.</li><li>Measure and report on results working with sales &amp; marketing ops</li><li>Channel programs and campaigns need to be clearly defined end-to-end: from definition of goals to list of deliverables, to production, translation process, to internal and external launch.</li></ul>What you bring to the team<ul><li>Previous work experience in planning, producing, and running international partner sales and marketing activities for large B2B organisations ideally within Tech / SAAS. Experience in Cyber Security is a plus</li><li>Proven experience in partnering with sales, technical and marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing programs together</li><li>A natural team player and keen service provider for internal customers</li><li>Track record of delivering channel and partner marketing results with strong field focus, B2B expertise and analytical mindset.</li><li>Strong English language written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Copy-writing and presenting in English is part to the job.
