This individual will be an integral part of the international accounting team with focus in European and LATAM countries. This is a great opportunity that will allow for career growth as the Company continues to expand.Your day-to-day<ul><li>Responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and roll-forward schedules</li><li>Prepare journal entries based on review of supporting reconciliations and schedules</li><li>General Ledger responsibilities including, but not limited to monthly Management reporting packages, Accounting for International Subs, Accruals, and other areas</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement flux variance analyses for management reporting</li><li>Support in the procure to pay process</li><li>Support in annual subs audits where applicable</li><li>Support team in finance SOX compliance activities</li><li>Assist in process improvement projects, including coordination with cross-functional teams</li><li>Deliver on any ad-hoc projects as necessary</li></ul>What You Bring To The Team<ul><li>Experience as a Qualified accountant, with a recognised accounting qualification</li><li>Experience in general accounting in industry and/or a public accounting firm</li><li>Experience working with international subsidiaries is a plus</li><li>Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of US GAAP a plus</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, ability to organize and communicate effectively across various mediums with varying audiences</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills</li><li>System ERP experience a plus, primarily D365    </li></ul><div><div><div><div>Why ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re a customer-focused and driven-to-win organisation with leading-edge products.
