About the Role The Proof Enterprise Account Executive is critical to our company growth. You’re smart, resourceful, creative and passionate. You’re a student of selling and curious about our customers and their needs. We have lofty goals. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Identify qualified prospects and quickly create relationships</li> <li>Utilize a sales process and understand how to maintain deal velocity</li> <li>Become an expert on our products, our market and industry trends</li> <li>Leverage social media, professional networks, regional and national events to identify and win new customers </li> <li>Grow accounts from initial contact to full enterprise adoption</li> <li>Travel to client locations, events and trade shows to prospect and win new business</li> <li>Work with a team of SDRs and BDRs, placing team success above individual success</li> <li>Present metrics-based rationale for changes to process, product or market approach </li> <li>Provide leadership by exemplifying an enthusiasm and ability to cold-prospect, conduct initial calls, give demonstrations and update internal measurement systems</li> <li>Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams offering solutions that benefit the company and the team</li> <li>Report progress-to-goal and define steps to reach your team’s goals throughout the month</li> </ul> Position Requirements <ul> <li>5+ years’ proven track record of sales success in a quota-bearing role</li> <li>Must be located in CST or PST time zone</li> <li>Legal sales experience highly preferred</li> <li>Results-driven, metrics-focused, strong sense of urgency</li> <li>Must demonstrate a strong adherence to a sales process (clear understanding of discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision making, objection handling and closing)</li> <li>Expertise using Customer Relationships Management (CRM) software (SalesForce, Hubspot, etc)</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>50-60% client and event travel</li> </ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits <ul> <li>Base salary plus incentive-based compensation plan</li> <li>Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401k available</li> <li>Flexible time off (paid planned and sick time, and paid holidays)</li> <li>Full time, remote position</li> </ul> Join our team and play a key role in shaping the growth strategy of our product.
