The ideal candidate is a creative, results-driven individual with expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong skills in image production. This role involves leading the design vision, managing creative execution, and ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all digital and print platforms.</span></div><h3>Strategic Marketing and Design Leadership:</h3><ul><li>Set the Creative Vision - Define and communicate a clear design vision and strategy that aligns with brand identity and overall business objectives for both B2B and B2C audiences.</li><li>Manage the Creative Process -Oversee all design projects from concept through execution, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets.</li></ul><h3>B2B and B2C Campaign Execution:</h3><ul><li>Campaign Design - Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including display ads, social media, landing pages, email templates, and video ads.</li><li>Audience Targeting - Translate B2B and B2C marketing strategies into compelling visual design solutions that resonate with different target audiences.</li><li>Cross-Platform Design - Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials for different segments, adapting visual messaging for specific audiences and platforms.</li></ul><h3>Image Production and Visual Assets:</h3><ul><li>Photo Shoot Management - Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing needs.</li><li>Image Editing and Retouching - Execute and oversee the editing and retouching of all product, lifestyle, and other photographic assets to maintain a high level of visual quality and brand consistency.</li><li>Creative Asset Management - Maintain and organize a library of all visual assets, including photos and videos, to support marketing and design efforts.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience - A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.</li><li>Education - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Portfolio - A strong portfolio that showcases creative and innovative design work across marketing campaigns, and photo editing.</li><li>Technical Skills - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.</li><li>Communication - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to a variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Feedback &amp; Collaboration - Ability to both give and receive feedback in an open, respectful, and constructive way, fostering a healthy, collaborative team culture.</li><li>Project Management - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Bonus Skills - Experience with UX/UI design (web and product) is a strong plus.</li></ul><div><b>Hybrid - 2-3 days per month in Office; Photoshoots as needed</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>More about us - Promenade</b></div><div>Promenade is a mission-driven company empowering local businesses with products and services that allow them to thrive online and offline.
