We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our team and work on our KendoReact and Kendo UI for Vue products - sets of high-quality web components designed to help developers create seamless and interactive web applications with minimal effort.
KendoReact is a comprehensive library of UI components for building modern, high-performance React applications, while Kendo UI for Vue is tailored for Vue.js developers, providing a set of professional UI components to accelerate the development of engaging, responsive user interfaces. Both products offer an extensive range of customizable, accessible components, from data grids to charts, that integrate seamlessly into enterprise-level applications. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and evolving these products, collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, designers, and product managers. Your work will focus on maintaining and developing new features, improving performance, and ensuring the highest level of usability and accessibility across both frameworks.

In this role, you will:

• Work in a dynamic, agile environment involving multiple technologies 
• Contribute ideas to the product planning and brainstorming sessions
• Develop new features for resolving enterprise-level problems
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using the latest development best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, including code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimizations
• As a part of your day-to-day duties, you will be focusing on unit testing, feature implementation, bug fixing, and code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React, Vue.js, and front-end technologies to drive innovation within the products

Your background:

• Solid record in software development with JavaScript and TypeScript (React, Vue or Angular)
• Track record of using Next.js, Astro, Vite оr Nuxt
• Good understanding of CSS/SASS 
• Experience in the development of SPA and SSR applications
• Experience with Git
• Ability to learn, adapt, and deliver comprehensive solutions in various technologies
• Focus on writing efficient, high-performance code
• Ability to work independently and respond to tight deadlines
• Ability to own the assigned tasks from start to end
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a team, contribute to discussions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet product goals
• Fluency in English 

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:   

• Experience working on production-level applications or projects built with React or Vue would be a strong plus
• Experience in working with Design Systems
• Experience with modern javascript testing libraries 
• Experience with using AI tools for productivity such as GitHub Copilot
