You’ll be joining a global organization with strong data maturity, where you’ll shape scalable solutions across forecasting, optimization, and applied analytics domains.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy ML models across domains like time series forecasting, sales prediction, and customer behavior analysis</li><li>Lead initiatives on feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring at scale</li><li>Build robust data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end solution delivery — from prototype to production</li><li>Contribute to internal libraries and advocate for clean architecture, modular design, and long-term maintainability</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and support management with decision-making</li></ul>Job QualificationsWe are looking for<ul><li>Solid Data Science background in areas of: Supervised learning, Time Series, ML Algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn)</li><li>At least 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or a related position (Data Engineer / Software Engineer / AI Engineer / ML Ops)</li><li>Strong Python programming skills</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably within a cross-functional team</li><li>Shown success in leadership, problem-solving solving and priority setting</li><li>English proficiency and at least a Bachelors degree</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Knowledge of Git, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Azure will be helpful</li><li>Prior background knowledge of the Supply Chain or FMCG domains</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Responsibilities as of day 1.
