Your role will be helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need. We try to fit your interests and skills into projects that will allow you to use your strengths so that you can continue to grow and develop.During your 3-6-month internship, you will work on projects with real impact on the direction of the business.  You Will Be Expected To:<ul><li>Lead the analysis of organizational assessment, design recommendations, employee communication and engagement strategy to enable organizational culture change &amp; Employee Value Equation superiority.</li><li>Work on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning &amp; development.</li><li>Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy implementation, redesign &amp; campus activities.</li><li>Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and classroom training sessions, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.</li></ul>During your internship, P&amp;G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position.
