This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital media strategies align with our overall marketing goals and deliver measurable results.  Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparing performance marketing campaigns with a particular focus on Social (Meta Collaborative Ads, TikTok Ads) and Google Ads.</li><li>Monitoring campaign results and continuously optimizing them according to established KPIs (like CPA, ROAS etc.).</li><li>Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations regarding ongoing campaigns.</li><li>Managing the media budget.</li><li>Leading projects related to performance marketing and web analytics, including the implementation of new tools supporting both areas.</li><li>Collaborating with multifunctional teams of Marketing Technologists, Digital Strategist, Planning Managers, ecommerce teams and brand teams.</li><li>Working with the sales department and KAMs on the implementation of sales projects.</li><li>Preparation of test agendas, implementing innovations aimed at improving campaign performance.</li></ul>Job QualificationsRequirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a performance/digital media buyer specialist, preferably in Paid Social.</li><li>Familiarity with the specifics, tools, and metrics of Meta/TikTok/Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Practical experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and/or other web analytics tools will be a nice addition.</li><li>Possess analytical thinking skills and the ability to work with numbers.</li><li>Being creative in recommending solutions, independent, and responsible.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.</li></ul>Why Choose P&amp;G for Your Career Journey:🚀 Unmatched Growth Opportunities: As a vital part of our extensive organization and broader HR function, youll have the chance to thrive within a large team and learn directly from our esteemed HR leaders.
