You’ll be joining a global organization with strong data maturity, where you’ll shape scalable solutions across forecasting, optimization, and applied analytics domains.Job QualificationsWhat You’ll Do:<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy ML models across domains like time series forecasting, sales prediction, and customer behavior analysis</li><li>Lead initiatives on feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring at scale</li><li>Build robust data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end solution delivery — from prototype to production</li><li>Contribute to internal libraries and advocate for clean architecture, modular design, and long-term maintainability</li></ul>We are looking for:<ul><li>Solid Data Science background in areas of: Supervised learning, Time Series, ML Algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn)</li><li>Strong Python programming skills</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably within a cross-functional team</li><li>English proficiency and at least a Bachelors degree.</li></ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>Knowledge of Git, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Azure will come helpful.</li><li>Prior background knowledge of Supply Chain or FMCG domains  </li></ul><div>We offer:   <ul><li>Attractive salary: 10 900 PLN gross/month </li><li>Working from the Warsaw office three times a week, including partially remote work; </li><li>P&amp;G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1;    </li><li>Work in international teams with global or regional responsibilities;    </li><li>Work with industry leading technologies, platforms and tools;   </li><li>Mentoring programs, training and relevant certifications;    </li><li>Opportunity to participate in P&amp;G voluntary charity programs;    </li><li>Additionally, we offer the Flex Fund benefit – empowering you to craft a personalized benefits package tailored to your unique needs, priorities, and life stages.
