You’ll enable our autonomous development squads to build, deploy, and operate their products independently, while ensuring the reliability and performance our customers expect.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Your Mission</b><b> </b><span>(Should You Choose to Accept It) </span><b>🔧</b></div><div><b>- Design the Blueprint for Autonomy</b>: Create and evolve tooling that empowers our development squads to truly own their systems from conception through production and beyond, embodying our you build it, you run it philosophy.</div><div><b>- Build Self-Service Infrastructure</b>: Develop intuitive platforms that let teams provision, configure, and manage infrastructure without relying on centralized operations.</div><div><b>- Forge Resilience into Our DNA</b>: Implement monitoring, alerting, and auto-scaling systems to support the reliability of 20,000+ high-traffic websites.</div><div><b>- Automate Operations</b>: Build automation that handles repetitive operational tasks, freeing our developers to focus on innovation rather than maintenance.</div><div><b>- Champion Observability</b>: Develop advanced observability solutions, giving teams the ability to autonomously create deep insights into system behaviour and performance as well as alerting.</div><div><b>- Infrastructure as Code</b>: Expand our Infrastructure as Code capabilities using tools like SST &amp; Pulumi, treating our infrastructure with the same discipline and craftsmanship as application code.</div><div><b>- Mentor the Builders</b>: Guide development teams in adopting SRE practices and tools, fostering a culture where reliability is everyones responsibility.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Are you the one? 🧠</b></div><div><b>Ideally, you will bring:</b></div><div><b>- 3+ years</b> of experience in <b>Site Reliability Engineering</b>, <b>DevOps</b>, or similar roles</div><div><b>- Proficiency</b> in <b>at least one</b> high-level programming language (Python, Go, JavaScript, etc.)</div><div>- Experience deploying and managing complex applications on <b>AWS</b> (EC2, Lambda, ECS, etc.)</div><div>- Experience with <b>Infrastructure as Code tools</b> (Terraform, CloudFormation, SST)</div><div>- Expertise in <b>monitoring and observability</b> systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, AWS Cloudwatch)</div><div>- Knowledge of <b>CI/CD</b> pipelines and modern deployment strategies</div><div>- Strong problem-solving skills and a systems thinking approach</div><div><b>- AI Enthusiast:</b> Passion for leveraging artificial intelligence in infrastructure, such as using AI for predictive monitoring, automated incident response, or optimizing system performance</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Bonus points:</b></div><div>- Experience with Jamstack architectures and headless CMS platforms</div><div>- Familiarity with <a href="http://Next.js">Next.js</a> and <a href="http://Nuxt.js">Nuxt.js</a> ecosystems</div><div>- Background in supporting high-traffic web applications</div><div>- Contributions to open-source infrastructure or reliability projects</div><div>- Experience implementing <a href="https://www.stevesmith.tech/blog/you-build-it-sre-run-it/">you build it, you run it</a> models successfully</div><div>- Track record of building self-service platforms for developers</div><div><br /></div><div><i>If you don’t tick all of the Bonus point boxes - no worries, we still encourage you to apply!
