They’ve come from how we really work, day in day out.PostHog is <a target="_blank" href="https://posthog.com/docs/self-host">open source</a> product led, and a <a target="_blank" href="https://paulgraham.com/aord.html">default alive</a> company that is well funded.<h2>What youll be doing</h2>As a Product Engineer you will <a target="_blank" href="https://posthog.com/handbook/making-users-happy">build and own products</a> &amp; features from beginning to end.This means talking to users, understanding our strategy and goals, and figuring out what you (and the team) should be building next.You will be in the unique position to test MVP’s in production with real users, iterate on their feedback, own the pricing, and ensure the ongoing success of your work.And yes, you will support our customers as a <a target="_blank" href="https://posthog.com/handbook/engineering/operations/support-hero">Support</a><a target="_blank" href="https://posthog.com/handbook/engineering/support-hero"> Hero</a> to ensure a great experience.<a target="_blank" href="https://posthog.com/handbook/engineering/product-engineering">Product engineers at PostHog</a> are truly full stack. You’ll design and ship the frontend (we have <a target="_blank" href="https://posthog.com/founders/how-come-we-ship-so-much#1-no-design-by-default">no design by default</a>), write HogQL queries, and, depending on the team, write high scale/high availability services in Rust and spin up infra.You now know what you’ll be doing, but what about what you’ll need to bring along?<h2>You’ll fit right in if:</h2><ul><li>You’re a builder.
