If so, keep reading and apply today!</span></div><h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary administrator for core CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud &amp; Service Cloud required).</li><li>Familiarity with Revenue tools (Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo), CPQ/CLM tools (Docusign Document Generator, Ironclad), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) </li><li>Clear communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design solutions that are built to scale.</li><li>Strong data management skills, including data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation.</li><li>Understanding of GTM processes cross-functionally to partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.</li><li>Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including user access, roles, permissions, integrations, workflows, and automation to support lead management, pipeline processes, and customer lifecycle operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and serve as the technical partner for GTM teams.</li><li>Support tool evaluations, technology rollouts, and change management initiatives, while providing training and documentation to ensure effective adoption and usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</li></ul><h3>What You Have:</h3><ul><li>5-7 years of hands-on experience administering CRM and GTM systems, with strong Salesforce expertise preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of GTM processes across the full revenue funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success).</li><li>Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation within a multi-system GTM stack.</li><li>Strong data management skills, including data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation.</li><li>Ability to balance multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.</li></ul><h3>Extras You Bring to the Table:</h3><ul><li>Exposure to revenue operations, analytics/BI tools (Looker, Tableau), or project management platforms.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Polly?</h3><ul><li><b>High Bar of Talent:</b> Polly consistently performs in the top quartile of start-up companies, and we consider the people of Polly the engine helping us achieve success.
