Job Summary:
A Talent Management Specialist supports recruitment, learning, campus recruiting, and talent programs and is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. They support the general recruitment and campus recruitment process by coordinating interviews, creating offer letters and conducting background checks. They also support learning, development and talent initiatives by organizing and supporting training and talent sessions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition team and Campus Recruitment with tasks such as setting up interviews, posting roles, issuing offer letters, managing background checks, processing of contractors and onboarding. 
  • Participating in campus events on site and at the schools we recruit from by preparation and set up as well as presenting when needed.  Supporting the posting of roles, interview set up and offer generation.  Support onboarding.
  • Support Learning & Talent Management with co-program management of the onboarding program including preparation and facilitation.  Complete administrative tasks with such items and meeting invites, survey creation/collection and other tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with internal teams, external applicants, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable drafting emails, reports, with clarity and professionalism.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain effective records. 
  • Experience with scheduling. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems to support team operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and task execution.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or Learning & Development
  • 1 Year experience with an Applicant tracking System and/or HR System.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
