You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, optimizing, and scaling our multi-million dollar per month media investments—in channels such as Paid Social, Programmatic, Google Demand Gen, SEM. As the analytics leader for our digital marketing channels, youll partner with channel owners to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve acquisition efficiency, optimize CAC/LTV ratios, and ultimately accelerate our mission of democratizing home equity. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team, directly influence strategic business decisions through analytics, and help shape the future of home equity financing at Point. <h4> </h4> <h4>Your responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Channel Performance Analysis: Own and enhance comprehensive reporting and deep-dive analyses for paid media channels, primarily Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, identifying opportunities for improved scale and efficiency.</li> <li>Strategic Influence: Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to influence cross-functional decision-making.</li> <li>Media Attribution &amp; Incrementality: Lead the implementation and enhancement of attribution models and incrementality tests to advance measurement capabilities and inform media strategies.</li> <li>Stakeholder Reporting: Develop and maintain scalable dashboards in tools like Sigma to deliver actionable insights to Marketing and Finance teams.</li> <li>Budget Optimization: Partner strategically with channel owners to provide recommendations that drive efficient media spend, optimize CAC/LTV, and enhance ROI.</li> <li>Campaign Experimentation: Support test design, execution, and analysis for A/B and geo-experiments, particularly for new creative, audience targeting, and media tactics. </li> </ul> <h4>About you</h4> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in marketing/media analytics, preferably in high-growth DTC performance marketing environments.</li> <li>Proven track record working with advertisers managing $20M+ in annual media spend.</li> <li>Expertise in SQL and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Sigma, or equivalent tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with knowledge of media attribution, Media Mix Modeling, A/B and Incrementality testing.</li> <li>Experience collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and data science teams.</li> <li>Natural curiosity and a data-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving.</li> <li>Ability to balance rigor and speed—comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders. </li> </ul>   Our benefits  <ul> <li>Generous health benefits: We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with options for flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).</li> <li>Unlimited paid time off: Recharge with unlimited paid time off and 10 company holidays. </li> <li>Flexible remote and onsite work: Our teams work from many different locations and time zones. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary): <ul> <li>Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, &amp; Seattle | $168,300 - $227,700</li> <li>Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego | $142,800 - $193,200</li> <li>Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $134,300 - $181,700</li> </ul> This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.   Location Requirement: This is a remote position.
