This role supports PNC Wealth Management, with the primary focus on recruiting Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proactive sourcing and hiring of FINRA licensed sales professionals. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Additional locations may be considered.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc., for roles of significant complexity across multiple lines of business, business segments or disciplines.</li><li>Records, interprets and distributes standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process.  Identifies trends in the data, infers insights to relevant business partners and incorporates workforce data into recruiting strategies.</li><li>Serves as talent acquisition subject matter expert in a larger human resources and business eco system, leading cross-functional meetings/projects as assigned.
