As a Operations Supervisor within PNCs Corporate Loan Administration organization, you will be based in Brecksville, OH, Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or potential another PNC footprint location. Although location of where the Operations Supervisor sits may vary, they will be responsible for working CST hours. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Operations Supervisor will have seven direct reports. Operations Supervisor will be responsible for performance management of their team and will meet with each team member regularly to help each individual be successful. Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that team members are current with their certifications. As team grows, Operations Supervisor will be responsible to work with recruiting to hire additional individuals to team. Collaboration will be necessary between leadership, team members, as well as other teams that may interact with team. Operations Manager will engage clients when certain situations are escalated, thus an ability to resolve issues and communicate effectively is strongly preferred.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Oversees operations workflow and assists team with executing transactions/processes. Manages direct reports on the operations team.</li><li>Manages and is responsible for the operations workflow including achieving desired business results and key performance indicators. Assists team members with escalated issues. May process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identifies and addresses exceptions and serves as a point of escalation. Partners internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance. May interact with external customers and third parties in completing transactions or resolving escalated issues.</li><li>Responsible for all human resources related activities for team members. Provides coaching and development to team members. Leads team huddle/meeting and continuous improvement sessions.</li><li>Provides consultation and advice to service partners and customers. Leads improvement initiatives including reviewing existing processes, making recommendations and supporting the implementation of improvements. Updates standard operating procedures as appropriate. Participates in and may oversee projects.</li><li>Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Manages and is accountable for risk mitigation activities. Verifies completeness and accuracy of procedures.
