As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNCs Mortgage organization, you will be based in State College, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients requirements. Manages daily loan activities of a small, high performing Mortgage Loan Officer team.</li><li>Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Prepares loan solutions and refers other banking products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance.</li><li>Grows, retains and develops an effective sales force to cover the geography of the market.
