As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNCs Mortgage organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA or surrounding areas to include Bucks County, greater Delaware to include Wilmington, DE This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients requirements.</li><li>Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls.</li><li>Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
