As an LOB Risk MGR II within PNCs Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Responsible for the establishment and oversight of risk strategies and program execution. May manage manager(s) and serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program.</li><li>Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business.</li><li>Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.</li><li>Manages and engages employees and develops internal capabilities.
