We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate marketing lead to join the Customer Relationship Marketing team supporting delivery of high-impact marketing strategies. Specific Job Requirements Include: · Supporting the Customer Relationship Marketing team with development and prioritization of omni-channel campaigns designed to deepen relationships with new and existing customers · Establishing rapport with multiple line of business partners to define product goals as well as design innovative and effective execution tactics · Proactively collecting and synthesizing data, assembling trends and helping identify strategic and tactical implications. · Leading cross functional teams to align with our proposed growth strategies, economic optimization, and levers to manage complex programs with precision. · Implementing and overseeing activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners within internal PNC systems. · Working within designated budgets ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.
